Kaohsiung International Travel Fair is the largest tourism event in Southern Taiwan. More than 700 exhibitors, including tourism agencies at home and abroad, airlines, travel agencies and hot spring hotels, will participate in this event. In addition to tourism-related products, you will also enjoy featured performance at the performance area. This event is expected to attract more than 200,000 visitors.

This year, Kaohsiung Association of Travel Agents ardently invited the Central America Trade Office (CATO) to participate in this event by setting up a booth to promote the tourism image of seven diplomatic allies of Taiwan in Central America. In addition to provision of tourism pamphlets at the Central America Pavilion for people in Taiwan to get information about Central America and its tourist attractions, the staff of CATO will also discuss business opportunities with the tourism industry of Southern Taiwan at the spot. The tourism industry will be invited to join the Central America Tourism Delegation organized by CATO to explore popular tourist attractions in seven countries in Central America and the Caribbean. The delegates can launch attractive package tours after their return to enhance Taiwanese’s willingness to visit Central America.
